Hotel Receptionist
to join our front desk team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in person and via email
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions
Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (hospitality experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with hotel booking systems and basic computer skills
Ability to handle busy periods calmly and professionally
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
