Based on the edge of Tyrone and Armagh, we are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team here at The Ryandale. As a Receptionist, you will contribute to the first impression, greeting our guests and ensuring all their needs are met.
You must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Taking, amending and dealing with accommodation, restaurant and function bookings.
Assisting with admin tasks as required by management.
Dealing with guests queries, and giving advice on the local area.
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
Liaising with Housekeeping department.
You will deal with the payment of guest bills, transactions and check-in, check-out procedures and ensure all queries and requests are dealt with satisfactorily.
