Full-Time Front of House Team Member - Tudor Farmhouse Hotel (Clearwell)
Tudor Farmhouse is a boutique hotel and award-winning restaurant in Clearwell (Forest of Dean). We're looking for a
friendly, customer-focused Full-Time Front of House Team Member
to join our small and dedicated team.This is a varied role and includes
evenings and weekends
.Duties include:
Welcoming guests and checking guests in/out Taking bookings and handling enquiries Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner Serving behind the bar Helping with housekeeping occasionally
We're looking for someone who:
Is confident, outgoing and enjoys working with people Has great customer service skills (hospitality experience preferred but not essential) Is a reliable team player who takes pride in doing a great job
