Receptionist
to join our team and be the face of our hotel. Set high in the hills with stunning views of Cardiff and across the sea to Devon, we offer more than just a job - we offer an opportunity to explore and achieve your personal goals in hospitality, and craft unforgettable experiences.
As the welcoming face of our hotel, you will greet guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service. You will manage bookings, check ins and check outs efficiently, handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism. You will liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Innovative:
You will be passionate and help us deliver and create exceptional customer experiences by bringing new ideas to help us improve and work collaboratively with our Front Office Manager and General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experience.
Team Player:
You will be a vital part of the team, and you will contribute to the creation and execution of exceptional guest experiences. Teamwork plays an important role in our success and helps us achieve our goal of making every day experiences special.
Organisation:
You will manage reservations and use booking systems to schedule and manage reservations and handle any last-minute changes, cancellations and upgrades. You will require attention to detail when making bookings.
Coordination
: You will coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance to ensure everything is running smoothly. You will communicate with housekeeping when rooms are ready for cleaning or when a guest needs something,
