Garner By IHG Hotel Nottingham City Centre is looking to recruit a Experienced Full Time Hotel Receptionist..
As part of the Reception Team at one of Nottingham City Centre's Top Hotels you will be the first and last impression that a guest has of the hotel, so it's your job to ensure it's a good one.
As part of the Team one of our key requirements is "Personality" - In fact a great personality is a must!
Top of the list of responsibilities is to be friendly and offer a warm welcome and speedy, efficient check-in and check-out service for guests.
Your main duties will include check-in and check-out, processing payments, answering the telephone, taking reservations and dealing with all general guest requests and queries and a great overall experience from check-in through to check-out for every guest. Duties also include serving drinks at the hotels bar.
The successful candidate must have: -
Excellent customer service skills.
Thrives taking on responsibility.
Be Innovative and outgoing.
Previous Hotel/Reception Experience.
Knowledge of Hotel Key Property Management System and Merlin By IHG will be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
The role is full time and offers 32-40 hours per week.
You must be flexible to work different shifts patterns between the hours of 7am and 11pm including evenings and most weekends.
Due to the sale of alcohol all applicants must be 18+ years of age.
