Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and payment processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other requests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing guest reservations and paperwork
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality of guest information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
