Job Summary:
We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is provided
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and cancellations effectively
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, and handling guest requests promptly
This position is 5/7 Shifts are 06.45 -15.15 and 15.15 to 2300 and Includes some weekends, the rota is done 2 weeks in advance.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel receptionist role is essential
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service practices
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and procedures
- Multilingual skills are advantageous
