Here at The Bold Hotel, we are looking to expand our team, due to company growth. We are part of The Mikhail Hotel & Leisure group, we have multiple sites within the area, including The Bold hotel, Lord Street Hotel, Punch Tarmeys & the newest addition to our complex The Grand.

We are looking to recruit more receptionists for our Reception team within The Bold hotel.

We are looking to recruit a reliable customer focused receptionist to work in both of our Boutique Hotels.

We would ideally like the successful candidates to have previously worked in a receptionist role but also working within a bar or restaurant environment will be advantageous.

We currently have a Full Time and Part Time position available working across our Venues.

Key Responsibilities

To ensure that all our residents receive a first class customer service at all times.

You will be responsible for dealing with any questions that may arise, either face to face or on the phone.

To manage your shift efficiently, which will involve cash handling and reconciling payments.

Handling all Hotel and Functions enquiries in a professional manner.

Support the Bar and Front of House Team as required.

To liaise with the Duty Manager to resolve and issues that may arise on your shift.

The Ideal Candidate

Positive attitude and can offer excellent customer service.

An honest and energetic personality with a can do approach to work.

Works well within a team but self-disciplined enough to manage their workload.

Ability to be learn and want to develop in all areas of the role.

Ideally have experience in a Hotel PMS system, preferably Reslynx/Guestline. This is not essential as full training will be given.

Willing to work shift patterns, sometimes starting at 7am till 5pm or 2-10pm.
