Located in the former BBC headquarters in West London, White City House features 1960s-style interiors, a state-of-the-art gym and rooftop pool and bar. . As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, going above and beyond to deliver a memorable guest experience, you'll work closely with all departments to ensure a smooth daily operation which includes; checking guest in and out, resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner and responding to requests for help and information

What we are looking for...

1-2 years' experience in a busy hotel reception desk Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
