Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive and lasting first impression.
Answer and direct incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
Provide information and assistance regarding services, facilities, and local attractions.
Coordinate appointments and manage staff calendars.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Safeguard sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele.
Previous hospitality or guest services experience, especially in a hotel setting, is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and approachable attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
