friendly and detail-oriented Hotel Receptionist - Reservations Specialist
to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, managing bookings, check-ins/outs, and delivering the first-class service we're known for.
What You'll Do
Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide guests with information on rooms, rates, and amenities
Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Update booking systems and coordinate with other departments
Resolve guest enquiries and issues with professionalism
About You
Previous hotel reception/reservations experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Confident using Microsoft Office; Guestline knowledge a plus
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Passionate about hospitality and customer service
