Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Handle guest enquiries efficiently Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction Maintain a neat and organised reception area at all times Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting as required Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel or guest services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous to serve a diverse clientele Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail Friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required
