We are searching for an engaging and resourceful Reservations Administrator i.e. to join our team. Our Reservations Administrator will act as lead inputting reservations hotel bookings.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Handle all hotel reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems.
Ensure accurate entry of guest information into the hotel management system.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Manage group bookings and special requests efficiently.
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Update availability and rates across all booking platforms.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
Assist with billing and payment processes related to reservations.
Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
