Summary

We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our dynamic team at RS Worldwide Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Your contributions will directly enhance our reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to ensure guest comfort. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use. Assist with laundry duties as required to maintain stock levels of clean linens. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests.
