An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teacher of Sport to join our growing team and deliver across our BTEC & NCFE provision in Sport. We strive to work closely with employers, universities and stakeholders to ensure we are preparing our learners to be industry-ready in a highly competitive field. This post would be suitable for the right candidate to combine this role with a coaching role within our ISE Sports Academy.





As an hourly paid Teacher of Sport at Bede Sixth Form College, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative and interactive lessons, providing high-quality support and feedback, and ensuring students maximise their potential.





The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, professional, and a positive role model for both staff and students. They will be inspirational and have a keen interest in staying up to date with new teaching and learning developments.





The candidate should possess a degree in a related discipline and a recognised teaching qualification (or working towards). Experience of working in the sport, leisure or fitness industry would be an advantage. We have up to 12 hours of teaching delivery available between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
