We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit. Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized effectively. Handle any special requests from clients regarding cleaning or organization tasks. Utilize proper cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Assist with janitorial duties in commercial settings when required.

Experience

Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Familiarity with sanitation practices and custodial experience is a plus. Background in hotel or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Skills in cooking may be beneficial for clients who request meal preparation services. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions from clients is essential. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
