Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in residential and commercial properties, ensuring that every space is welcoming and hygienic.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly and courteously. Handle commercial cleaning tasks with professionalism and efficiency in various settings. Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.

Qualifications

Previous experience in house cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is an advantage. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness are crucial for this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules is desirable.
