We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring that each home is a welcoming and sanitary environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and preferences with professionalism. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained for optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections of cleaned areas to guarantee high standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including cooking or light meal preparation when requested by clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Familiarity with floor care methods and carpet cleaning equipment is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in housekeeping management or hotel environments is beneficial but not required. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
