Bramall Park Golf Club is looking for a front of House Manager.
You will work closely with our management team to provide excellent service to our Members and Visitors.
This role is suited to someone looking to take the next step up to management level or someone looking for a change. You need to be self-motivated; with bar experience; be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:
Assist with food and bar service as needs dictate.
Oversee day-to-day food and beverage sales and service.
Attend weekly meetings with the management team.
Ensure functions are set up correctly and exceed the customers' requirements.
Ensure Ladies & Gents locker rooms are kept fully serviced.
Order stock and ensure levels are consistent with demand.
Manage staffing levels for front of house.
Ensure the front of house team is trained to deliver high levels of service.
Ensure that the Clubhouse is always kept secure.
This is a full-time 45 hour per week role but may vary with the needs of the business

Experience:
Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
