We're looking for a House Manager to lead our team in a well-established home for children and young people. This is a leadership role for someone who understands what it means to create a therapeutic environment through a trauma informed lens. What You'll Do



You'll guide a team of Depute House Manager, Senior Team Leaders and Residential Childcare Workers, helping them grow in confidence and skill while upholding the highest standards of care and safeguarding. You'll create a nurturing environment where young people can heal, thrive, and build trusting relationships with the adults around them.

Qualifications & Experience

SVQ 4 / SCQF Level 9 in Children and Young People, plus HNC or equivalent Working or willing to work towards full SSSC registration for the House Manager role. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership/ Management role Proven experience supervising staff in a residential setting Skilled in leading teams through challenging behaviours and complex situations

Requirements



This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-52,000.00 per year
