House Manager (social Care)
Job Description
We are a multi-award winning agency, currently seeking an experienced Manager to look after 3 houses in the Stockport area. This is initially a temporary position, but would become permanent for the right candidate. Hours of work are 37 per week over 5 days. There may be some on-call duties from time to time and these will be paid in addition.
Our client supports vulnerable people so that they can 'Live the life they choose'. Mostly they support people with learning disabilities, young people leaving care and people with dementia. You will be responsible for the house and the support given for people to live in a safe, excellent quality and happy home.
We want people who are passionate, creative, happy and have strong moral values to support our personal assistants to provide great care.
Responsible for recruitment, staff development, training & mentoring. Supporting people and promote self-advocacy, including identifying when an independent advocate is needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15.36-17.24 per hour
