Salary: Real Living Wage 13.45 per Hour
BACKGROUND
Erne East Community Partnership Ltd (EECP) is the a local cross-community partnership for the Erne East area in County Fermanagh.
We operate as the Oak Healthy Living Centre with the aim of improving the physical, social and economic well-being of local residents. E.E.C.P. also cooperate with other agencies to provide enhance community development well-being and in anti-poverty initiatives in Fermanagh & Omagh District. Some of these projects are working to support households.
JOB SUMMARY:
To undertake household visits as assigned by Erne East Community Partnership undertake follow up work of making referrals and liaising with supported households.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills
Empathy towards households
Sensitivity around meeting and collating confidential information from households
Ability to establish respectful and trusting relationships with householder
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Good organisational skills
A working knowledge and competency in Information Technology (IT) skills, with experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
ENABLERS MUST:

training organised (Training is planned to take place on 8th, 9th, 10th & 17th December 2025)
? Sign a contract of employment with Erne East Community Partnership Ltd to carry out the duties as described within this
? Carry and produce an ID card at each household visit
? Have a valid current driving licence, access to transport and appropriate insurance that will allow them to undertake household visits throughout County Fermanagh; the timings of these visits will have to be flexible.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Undertake pre-arranged home visits to identified households and complete a structured interview with the householder using the questionnaire provided. Training will be provided on how to undertake the interview and complete the Household Questionnaire.
2. Provide further support when the initial interview is completed, which will involve further visits to the household. The follow up visit will require the enabler to provide further support and advice, to ensure that the needs identified for the householder have materialised. You will be provided with a Referral Guide for the Household Visit Questionnaire. A record of visits and follow up support will have to be entered on the household questionnaire.
3. Enablers will be provided with an Enabler Information File from which they can obtain other information relevant to referral duties.
Enablers should familiarise themselves with all information in the Enabler Information files and with the services available locally.
4. Ensure that you keep a diary and inform Erne East Community Partnership Ltd of your availability, to allow EECP to schedule the household visits.
5. Ensure that all completed documentation is kept securely until returned to Erne EAST Community Partnership Ltd.
6. Input data collected onto IT System's, ensure all data is stored appropriately and ensure client confidentiality at all times.
7. Complete the household visits and forward all relevant information to Erne East Community Partnership Ltd in a timely and secure manner.
8. Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures e.g. lone worker, confidentiality, data protection etc. and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
9. Take part in debriefing sessions with Erne East Community Partnership Ltd following household visits.
10. Keep a record of working time and expenses incurred including travel an
number of completed visits and forward to Erne East Community Partnership
Ltd for reimbursement
11. Report any problems and concerns in a timely manner to Erne East Community Partnership Ltd and seek advice on any issues and concerns as required.
