About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of communal areas within a modern build-to-rent residential development. You will play a key role in ensuring shared facilities remain welcoming and well-presented for residents.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain shared indoor and outdoor communal spaces, including:

Gym

- floors, equipment wipe down, bins, touchpoints

Laundry room

- surfaces, appliances (external wipe), floor care

Garden/Residents' room

- tables, seating areas, surfaces, floors

Communal hallways, lobbies & walkways

- sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning Empty waste bins and ensure recycling is properly handled Clean internal glass and touchpoints such as handrails, door handles, lifts and entrance doors Monitor cleaning supplies and report when reorder is needed Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to site management Follow health and safety and COSHH guidelines at all times Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed to a high standard within allocated hours

Skills & Experience

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (residential or commercial) Strong attention to detail and pride in work Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Good communication skills

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Aberdeen AB10: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
