We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Duties included in the role are as follows:
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and sanitised.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure a comfortable environment for guests.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Assist with laundry duties as needed, including accepting deliveries, counting linen and organising stock.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests in a friendly manner.
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
