to join our growing team. Whether preparing guest rooms, maintaining public areas, or supporting the wider operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the very best of Scottish hospitality.

About the Hotel

This position is based at The Glencoe House Hotel, in Glencoe. Glencoe House, built by Lord Strathcona in 1896, sits majestically overlooking Scotland's most famous Highland landscape. Thestunning property has been lovingly restored and contains two distinctive concepts, both of which offer elegant but relaxed and sumptuous suites.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard. Work to daily housekeeping schedules, completing tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Support laundry operations, including linen changes and stock control. Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth operations. Provide friendly and helpful service to guests when approached. Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided. A strong work ethic with high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. Reliable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team. A friendly, positive attitude and a commitment to great guest service. Physically fit and able to manage the demands of the role.
