Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to established cleanliness standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure all areas are tidy and presentable. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Experience in hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
