Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate methods. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock is low.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with hotel operations and standards is an advantage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
