About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Working as part of our Sodexo team, you'll play a vital role in infection prevention and patient care, ensuring high standards of cleanliness across the hospital.
What You'll Do
Carry out routine and ad-hoc cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic environment
Safely handle cleaning equipment and materials (COSHH compliant)
Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls
Support ward teams with additional cleaning requests as needed
Provide excellent customer care with compassion and professionalism
Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and infection control policies
What You'll Bring

  • A positive, caring, and compassionate attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic literacy and good communication skill
  • Physically fit to manage cleaning equipment and light furniture
  • Previous experience in healthcare cleaning is desirable but not essential
