Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial establishments and hotels. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and change bed linens as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms and communal areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring that all items are cleaned and returned to their designated areas. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred but not essential. Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels, is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Cooking skills are a plus for those interested in assisting with meal preparation in certain settings.

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
