Duties
Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their visit
Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards and procedures
Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Support catering events by setting up venues, serving guests, and clearing tables
Handle guest enquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Assist in stock management, including replenishing supplies and checking expiry dates
Skills
Proven experience in hospitality, catering, serving or restaurant environments
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and standards
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required
Culinary experience or hotel experience is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
