Job Description

AG Hotels Group is looking for an experienced housekeeper for our hotel in Blackpool - The Bluewaters Hotel.

This role involves physically demanding tasks that require strength, stamina, and attention to detail

.

You would be responsible for following activities on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring that Bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of maintenance team Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed Assisting guests with any queries and complaints Leading yourself, your team and engaging in continuous professional development Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management

Please note that there is more than one bed in a single room.

Prerequisites

Previous experience in a similar role is required Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques. Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines. Flexibility to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

The candidate will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as per the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
