You would be responsible for following activities on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that Bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures
Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of maintenance team
Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
Assisting guests with any queries and complaints
Leading yourself, your team and engaging in continuous professional development
Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management
Prerequisites
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel or similar environment preferred)
Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties (standing, bending, lifting, pushing trolleys
Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Ability to communicate in basic English (understand instructions, health & safety, guest requests)
Reliability and punctuality
The candidate will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as per the business needs.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
