We're looking for a

Housekeeping Team Member

to support and inspire a small team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional standards across our

Award Winning Luxury Cottages

You'll be entrusted with the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of every guest maintaining all areas to the highest standards, ensuring every corner reflects our commitment to excellence representing our passion to create memorable and affordable Cotswold holidays for people. NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED

SALARY:

15.52 per hour 34 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-3.30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all spaces from bedrooms to kitchens, bathrooms and gardens are immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and stocked with essentials. Report any breakages or maintenance issues Monitor stock levels and manage linen, cleaning supplies, and eco-friendly products. Support and assist your team, leading by example, and helping train new staff. Deliver excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and striving to exceed expectations. Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanour when interacting with guests. Go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

Previous experience in luxury hospitality or housekeeping A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating serene, welcoming environments. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, respectful team culture.
This is a hugely rewarding job working with a small, passionate team. Scope for promotion within the first 3 months as we expand our portfolio.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.50-15.52 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
