Job Description

Housekeepers required to work for one of our NHS client in the BD9 & BD20. You will be working within a team of friendly people who are all dedicated to supporting and keeping the organisation's premises to the highest standards. You will need excellent communication skills as providing service with patients and liaising with Kitchen Staff. Need to be organised and able to plan ahead for the day with excellent work ethic.

Housekeepers Shift: 07.30am-18.30pm: working on a 2 week rota

Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Duties:

Housekeepers:

Communicating with patients/service users regarding meal choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete menu forms and send to the kitchen for preparation.

Setting up and service of meals on the wards to patients ensuring hot & cold beverages are available throughout the day

Maintain levels of food stocks in the ward kitchen and ensure correct stock rotation of all products and completing all necessary paperwork.

Cleaning of serving dishes, crockery and cutlery using a dishwasher, sweep and mop floor areas and comply with COSHH, emptying bins regularly throughout the day.

Food Safety Training and DBS will be required can be applied for.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-22.62 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
