We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain the high standards expected in our 4-star property.
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone with 3-4 years' experience in a supervisory housekeeping position, ideally in a similar 4-star setting. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to an exceptional standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing and supporting the housekeeping team in daily tasks
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
Conducting regular room checks and audits
Managing rotas, stock levels, and laundry requirements
Training new team members and supporting ongoing staff development
Liaising with reception and maintenance to ensure smooth guest service
What we're looking for:
A strong team leader with excellent attention to detail
Good communication and organisational skills
A proactive approach and hands-on attitude
Ability to motivate and manage a small team
Experience in a 4-star hotel or equivalent setting is essential
