We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of restaurant, common areas, and guest facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the establishment. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Occasionally assist in cooking or preparing simple meals for guests when required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary. Knowledge of basic cooking skills is an advantage but not mandatory.
