Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Basic cooking skills are advantageous for assisting in food preparation when required. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of the establishment.
