Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a tidy appearance throughout the premises. Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as necessary. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties when required. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Occasionally assist with cooking or food preparation as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition. Basic cooking skills would be an advantage. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
