Job Description

AG Hotels Group is looking for an experienced housekeeper at The Beacon Hotel in Cardiff.

You would be responsible for following activities on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring that Bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of maintenance team Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed Assisting guests with any queries and complaints Leading yourself, your team and engaging in continuous professional development Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management

Prerequisites

Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to a specified weight). Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques. Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines. Flexibility to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
