You would be responsible for following activities on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Promptly report and resolve any maintenance issues in collaboration with the maintenance team.
Monitor cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
Assist guests with any queries and complaints.
Lead yourself and your team while engaging in continuous professional development.
Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
Prerequisites
Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Flexibility to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
The candidate should be flexible to work on weekends and bank holidays.
