We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, throughout the Nursing Home. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents, contributing to their overall experience.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a positive working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping within a Nursing Home setting is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with residents, guests and colleagues.
Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is advantageous.
A proactive attitude towards work with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business needs.
