Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a tidy appearance throughout the premises. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock is low. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping within a hotel setting is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
