We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Housekeeper for our latest Retirement Living Community. Exclusively for the over 65's. Radford House, is situated in Exeter.
Homeowners of the 65 privately-owned apartments will benefit from modern, stylish living in a safe and secure environment. The development offers an independent lifestyle with tailored care and support available if needed, in addition to a host of communal facilities such as an on-site restaurant, Homeowners' lounge, coffee lounge, activities studio, therapy room, hairdressing salon, and more.
Purpose of role:
As a Housekeeper your role is to carry out communal cleaning duties in line with the planned cleaning schedule, to ensure a clean and attractive environment for Homeowners, their families, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities include:
Carry out checks throughout the working day to ensure the communal areas are always clean and presentable.
Ensure use of all cleaning products and equipment are used correctly and understand COSHH.
Report any equipment faults, furniture defects or general cleaning concerns to the Management Team
Complete records as required.
Work flexibly as part of the team to ensure the daily housekeeping service requirements are maintained 7 days a week by providing cover for sickness and holidays as required.
