Nia Property Solutions Ltd are looking for a professional and reliable Housekeeper to join us and help provide comfortable accommodation for our guests. We are seeking an organised individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and neat house.

Salary:

15/hour

Hours:

Up to 5 hours a week will sometimes include evenings and weekends

- At least 2 hours a week to carry out weekly clean of house

- Additional hours to carry out range of other required tasks, as outlined below

Stoke-On-Trent, ST4 7RX (Must be able to get to this location within 30 minutes in case of emergencies)

Role Purpose



To ensure Airbnb property is cleaned, restocked, and prepared to a high standard for guest arrivals and departures. The housekeeper plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and a welcoming atmosphere that supports 5-star guest reviews. Ensure that the repair contractors are managed and complete tasks according to management and/or guest needs

Key Responsibilities



Clean and sanitise the entire property between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and communal areas

Change and wash bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries

Remove rubbish and recycling; replace bins with fresh liners

Restock household items (e.g. toilet roll, washing-up liquid, tea/coffee)

Perform deep cleaning periodically as requested

Check for damage or missing items and report property owners

Ensure all appliances are turned off or set as instructed after cleaning

Maintain security by properly locking up after each clean

Communicate promptly regarding access issues, supplies, or delays

A willingness to learn and develop your skills

Have a keen eye for detail

Want to work in a flexible environment where you structure your week and hours, and where no two days are the same

Work well unsupervised

Be able to clearly communicate with managers, guests and contractors/visitors

Highly skilled in managing your time efficiently.

Willing to work hard to ensure guests are happy and enjoy staying in a clean, safe and tidy environment

Good level of written and spoken English

Experienced in creating systems and/or processes to help provide excellent customer service to guests

Running errands such as collecting items purchased for house

Organising the home ready for guests to check in Coordinating tradesmen and contractor access and work

Dealing with guest queries and issues

Essential Requirements



Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience

High attention to detail and reliability

Teamwork

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Integrity and honesty

Strong communication skills (calls/text/WhatsApp for updates)

Flexibility to work weekends or last minute emergencies, depending on booking schedules

Access to a smartphone for checklists, photos, and updates

Legal right to work in the UK
