Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of designated areas. Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens as required. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management promptly. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Experience in the hotel industry is advantageous but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
