Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is advantageous, along with skills in cooking and customer service. Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, communal areas, and other designated spaces to the highest standards Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required Ensure all surfaces are dust-free and floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linen supplies Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Assist with laundry duties when necessary Maintain a high level of organisation in storage areas and cleaning equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests politely and efficiently

Skills

Experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is preferred Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures Basic cooking skills are a plus for preparing light refreshments or assisting with meal services Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
