The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar, restaurant and rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
Working Week: Tuesday - Sunday
Duties
Clean and sanitise all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as required.
Perform specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and polishing surfaces.
Organise cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Assist with organising supplies and restocking cleaning materials.
Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to guest requests or inquiries.
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Skills in cooking or food preparation are considered a bonus but are not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
