Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used effectively and safely. Carry out laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing linens as required. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Assist with cooking tasks when required, ensuring meals are prepared according to dietary needs or preferences. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the establishment. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience in a housekeeping role is preferred; experience in hotels or commercial cleaning is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic cooking skills would be beneficial for assisting with meal preparation. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
