Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organisation within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, communal areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure all areas are tidy and presentable. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Assist with laundry duties as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Occasionally assist with cooking or food preparation when required.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without supervision. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 20 kg. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs within the role. A valid driver's licence is advantageous for those who may need to travel between locations.
