Job Overview

Loch Ness Lodge, a stunning boutique hotel with 9 bedrooms and 5 cottages, looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Due to location, driving would be essential - note that we don't offer staff accommodation.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure they are maintained to the highest standards. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanities bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies as needed and maintain an organized storage area. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning is advantageous but not essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members.
